Refund Policy

The Kiti Mezani Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase and receiving your purchase via shipping or local delivery.

Prior to shipping or local delivery, buyers may cancel an order for any reason and receive a full refund of the cost of the item purchased. After shipping or delivery you may request a return of your purchase and full refund in the event your item: 
  - does not arrive when expected,
  - Is broken during transit and prior to delivery, or
  - is entirely different than what you purchased,

To request a return and refund for any of the above reasons, please email us at Hello_Kiti@kitimezani.com and include the order number and the reason for your return request. Once accepted for return, Kiti Mezani will refund you in full within 7 days.

You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges. If you decide to cancel the order at the time of local delivery, you or your agent must reject the item at the time of delivery. To initiate a cancellation please contact us by email at Hello_kiti@kitimezani.com call us at (410-212-1327) with your order number ready.

Once shipping has been initiated or delivered and accepted, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item, and for  the cost to return the order to us. If the return results after a local delivery, then Kiti Mezani will pick up the item(s) at the same charge for local delivery.
