How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by sending an email with your order number and entering your order details to Hello_Kiti@kitimezani.com
If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and since our products are one of a kind, we'll take back the item and issue you a full refund, including shipping charges or pick up charges.
I'm missing items from my order. What should I do?
Please send us an email with your order number and let us know what is missing to hello_kiti@kitimezani.com.
How do I change my shipping address for an order?
To update the shipping address for an order, please contact us.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We'll take back the wrong item. Please contact us.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, you can if the order has not left our showroom or warehouse. If the order has shipped you will need to place a new order for your additional items.
When will I be charged for my order?
When you place an order, you will be charged immediately for the full amount of your order. Upon successful completion of the transaction your item(s) will be placed for delivery to you.
If I am charged more than my order amount what should I do?
Please contact us by sending an email to Hello_Kiti@kitimezani.com with the following information: Order Number, Customer's Name, Phone Number, Total Order Price, Total Charges Incurred.
Do you charge sales tax?
Kiti Mezani collects sales tax on all orders shipped to states that charge sales tax.
Do you accept international billing addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept international billing addresses for credit cards at this time. We can accept only credit cards with U.S. billing addresses.
Kiti Mezani was unable to authorize my credit card. What should I do?

How do I apply a Promotion to my order?
If you received a promotion code, while checking out, enter your Promotion Code under the Order Summary section. Once entered, click APPLY.
Do you price match with competitors or adjust prices?
We do not price match with competitors. Our product line is unique and except for sets, are one of a kind.
