Free Local White-Glove Delivery (≤ 40 mi) for Purchases over $500
- Complimentary white-glove service—to your door–within a 40-mile or less radius of our Annapolis showroom (Zip 21401).
- Do you need a specific delivery window? We’ll call 24 hours beforehand to schedule a two-hour slot.
Pick up Services
- You’re welcome to pick up your order from 910 Bestgate Rd., Suite K, Annapolis, MD. Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can stage, wrap and load your piece safely.
Free Shipping National for Purchases over $2500
- All orders shipping over $2500 outside our local delivery zone—but within the 48 contiguous states—ship free via trusted carriers such as UPS ® , FedEx ® Ground, DHL ® or LTL freight, depending on size and weight.
- Standard transit time is 2–3 weeks once your piece leaves our warehouse.
- Large-format furniture shipping: optional white-glove room-of-choice service available at checkout for $199 per order. Please measure doorways, elevators and stairwells in advance. If additional handling (hoisting, stair carries beyond one flight, narrow lanes, ferry access, etc.) is required, supplemental fees may apply.
Production & Lead Times
- Ready-to-Ship pieces depart within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-Order or bespoke items require 4–6 weeks of artisanal production before shipping.
Order Tracking (National Shipments)
Once your item is en route, you’ll receive an email with tracking details or, for white-glove freight, a call from our last-mile partner to book your delivery appointment.
Damage & Claims
- Inspect items upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery slip and photograph the packaging & product.
- Report any damage within 48 hours so we can arrange repair, replacement or a full refund, including return freight.
Returns & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before they leave our facility for a full refund. After dispatch, our Refund Policy applies.
