Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted and reported within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Cancellations

For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
