How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order: Visit the My Account page on our website. Log in using your email and password. Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” section to view your order status and tracking details If you checked out as a guest, you can still locate your order confirmation email, which includes a direct link to your order details. To view your previous orders: Log in to your account on the My Account page. Navigate to the “Orders” section within your account dashboard. Here, you’ll find a list of all your past orders along with their details. If you checked out as a guest, refer to the order confirmation emails sent to your inbox. To change the shipping address for your order:

  2. Go to the “Orders” section and locate the specific order you’d like to update.
  3. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, click on the option to edit the shipping details and update your address.

Yes, you can if the order has not left our showroom or warehouse. If the order has shipped you will need to place a new order for your additional items.

When you place an order, you will be charged immediately for the full amount of your order. Upon successful completion of the transaction your item(s) will be placed for delivery to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international billing addresses for credit cards at this time. We can accept only credit cards with U.S. billing addresses.
